Charlton Place is a senior assisted living community located in beautiful Tacoma, Washington. Charlton Place has a wonderful, friendly atmosphere. Residents and their families especially enjoy the tranquility and privacy of our large backyard that overlooks Charlton Lake. Three delicious chef-prepared meals are served every day in our gracious dining room. Activities are an integral part of life at Charlton Place. Residents enjoy an array of socials, classes, and special interest groups to rejuvenate body, mind, and spirit. Other amenities include weekly housekeeping and linen service, scheduled transportation to activities and appointments, and general maintenance and repairs to apartments. Personal Services

When a senior joins our community, we thoroughly evaluate his or her situation to create a detailed Service Care Plan customized to meet those needs. We also monitor requirements over time, and increase or decrease assistance as necessary. In addition, daily care, housekeeping, and other services are provided by a team of dedicated caregivers who offer all the personalized care and support our resident needs. This unique "TLC" approach helps to develop special relationships with the people responsible for assisting them, and that means better care. The Service Plan includes the appropriate combination of services in these areas:
